What we pull out

What’s in your ducts ends up in your air.

Every time the heat or AC kicks on, it pushes air through the same ductwork, and whatever has settled in there rides along.

  • Dust back on the furniture a day after you clean
  • Grey rings around the vents and registers
  • A musty smell when the system first starts
  • A remodel, a move-in or a new pet in the house

AfterThe same kind of run after cleaning, the liner clean all the way down

Air duct cleaning

Every run, cleaned out.

Supply runs, returns, trunk lines and plenums. The buildup leaves through the hose to the truck.

Dryer vent cleaning

Two cycles to dry one load?

That is usually lint packed in the vent. We clear the run from behind the dryer to the hood outside.

HVAC mold remediation

Musty when it kicks on?

Mold can take hold in the damp parts of a system. We find where it is growing and clean it out at the source.

How a visit goes

The dust leaves in the hose.

  1. Book it

Pick a time online, or call and talk it through.

  2. Look first

We check the registers, the returns and the unit, and tell you what we see.

  3. Hook up the truck

A big hose runs from the truck to your ductwork. The vacuum and its collection bags stay outside.

  4. Clean run by run

Supplies and returns, one at a time, until the buildup is out of the system.

Dryer vents

Lint in the vent is a fire risk.

Dryer lint catches fire easily, and a blocked vent makes the dryer run hot. Signs it’s time:

  • Clothes still damp after a full cycle
  • The dryer or the laundry room runs hot
  • A burning smell while it runs
  • The flap outside barely opens
Good times to call

Old farmhouse or new build.

Every forced-air system collects dust. These are good times to have it cleaned.

Questions

Straight answers.

Anything else? Call (717) 517‑4149.

How do I book?

Pick a time online (our booking page runs through Housecall Pro) or call (717) 517‑4149. If you are not sure what the house needs, book the inspection.

How much does duct cleaning cost?

It depends on the house: how many supply and return runs there are, the size of the system and how easy it is to reach. Book an inspection or call, and you will get a straight answer for your house.

How do I know my ducts need cleaning?

Dust that comes back fast after you clean, grey rings around the registers, a musty smell when the system starts, or a recent remodel, move or new pet are all good reasons to have a look.

Is a clogged dryer vent really a problem?

Yes. Lint catches fire easily, and a blocked vent traps heat and makes the dryer run longer. If loads are taking two cycles, get the vent checked.

Do you handle mold in the HVAC system?

Yes. HVAC mold remediation is one of our three main services. We look first, find where it is growing, and clean it out at the source.

Where do you work?

We are based in Conestoga and book across Lancaster County, York County, Lebanon County, part of Dauphin County (Hershey, Hummelstown, Middletown and part of Harrisburg) and western Chester County. Use the ZIP checker to be sure.
